Invests proceeds from state caps, charities, and trade programs to enhance public health, quality of life, culture, and economic opportunities in the communities in which it operates.

The goal is to be a thriving organization that others can admire when pursuing similar objectives. After that, we plan to expand our reach to other regions in America and assist those who wish to run a comparable project under the IOPSH. We strive to serve as an inspiring model for anyone with similar aspirations.
